DirectEdgar is a software package that allows you to extract information for SEC filings. This video demonstrates how to install it and update the license files by connecting to the DirectEdgar server in Adams Hall in the accounting area. The name of the server is pcb-directedgar. If connecting from off campus you may need to include the domain as well: pcb-directedgar.sooner.net.ou.edu.
