Special Education Resolution Center (SERC) partners
with the OSDE to help families and schools resolve disputes at the earliest
stage possible. Allison Fennell-Conch, Ed.D. will provide an overview of SERC's
services, training opportunities, and how schools and parents can take
advantage of these options to increase their knowledge of IDEA and the use of
collaborative communication skills in order to prevent and resolve conflict
about students' special education.
